Currently, Vu Hoang Minh Traco continuously recruits crew members to work for Vu Hoang Minh Traco fleet, especially for the positions of Captain, Mechanic, and Sailor.

Vu Hoang Minh Traco has a need to recruit personnel to work at the head office at 233 Le Thanh Tong, Hai Phong with the following basic requirements:
1. Software deployment specialist:
01 person
a) Competency requirements
- Apply to the job description and support specialist standards for software developers.
b) Responsibility
- Work support for software developers.
- Deploy the company's application software.
- Support training in the use and administration of the database/application software (Building documentation and conducting training).
- Exchange and support end users in the use of application software when there is a problem.
c) Standard
* Professional education level - University graduate (or above) majoring in Information Technology.
* Skill
- Skills in using Windows Server, Linux.
- Knowledge of programming Web applications, .NET technology, OOP... and understanding of database administration SQL Server, My SQL is an advantage.
- Good communication skill.
* Personal qualities- Eager to learn, able to work under pressure.
- Honesty, courage, enthusiasm for work.
- Creativity at work.
2. Computer assembly and installation specialist: 01 person
a) Competency requirements
- Apply to the job description and standards of specialists to support network administrators, management and maintenance of IT equipment.
b) Responsibility
- Support network administration and computer equipment maintenance.
- Assembling computer equipment, installing computers and software.
c) Standard
* Professional education level
- Graduated from high school (or higher) majoring in Information Technology
* Skill - Assembling computer equipment, installing computers and basic software.
- Good communication skill.
* Personal qualities
- Eager to learn, able to work under pressure.
- Honesty, courage, enthusiasm for work.
- Creativity at work.
